If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply notify me by email within 7 days of receipt and I will arrange for return of the product. Returned merchandise must be in re-sellable (careful trial use is acceptable), undamaged condition and include all original packaging to qualify for refund or exchange (shipping charges excluded).

If you receive product damaged thru the mail or DOA (dead on arrival), a full refund or exchange will be provided for the product! If there is a problem with an order that is clearly the merchants fault, the issue will be remedied with no charge to the customer!

WARRANTY ¶ All of my custom made writing instruments and rings are guaranteed for 1 year from the purchase date shown on your invoice. During this warranty period, I will repair or replace your pen or ring (at my discretion) for any failure in mechanism or workmanship due to normal* use, at no charge. All shipping charges for returning any item for warranty, exchange or refund will be the responsibility of the customer.

¶ Excluded from this warranty is any wear or abrasion showing on writing instruments of the less durable platings, as well as parts that are exhausted during normal use and wear (i.e. ink cartridges, leads, erasers, metal plating), or items that have been misused, abused or altered. *Please note: Writing instruments are not intended to be dropped or mis-used as darts or screwdrivers! Wooden Rings should not be exposed to moisture.

¶ International Customers - Customs Information - Where is my order?
When you make a purchase from a merchant outside your own country, your local Customs & Excise Department may decide to place a hold on your package to impose import duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. The buyer understands that he/she is responsible for any of these additional costs.

All items are shipped by Canada Post First Class. The general delivery time for airmail packages to the United States ranges from 6 to 8 business days, and to most International destinations from 4 to 12 business days. When your package is held at Customs, the Postal Service will usually notify you of the delay, or state where your package can be picked up.
